SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods or limited releases, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

SHIPPING RATES AND CARRIERS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for rate changes imposed by carriers after an order has been placed.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. The Minted Ink, a DBA of Pazyquetepasa LLC, is not liable for delays caused by carrier conditions, weather events, or any other circumstances outside our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may be accommodated depending on carrier availability at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipment notification is sent.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Minted Ink is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for high-value orders.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the buyer.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@themintedink.com. Claims submitted outside of this window will not be accepted. Resolution is subject to our Refund Policy.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. The Minted Ink is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipment fees will apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
