Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — trading card game (TCG) singles, sealed products, graded slabs, collectibles, and related merchandise — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except as outlined below.


Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will only consider a claim if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The item received is materially different from what was ordered (wrong item shipped), or arrived with significant shipping damage that was not visible or disclosed at the time of sale.
  2. The claim is submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery (per tracking timestamp).
  3. You contact us at sales@themintedink.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photographic evidence of the item(s) and original packaging

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window will not be accepted.


What We Do Not Cover

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Condition differences that fall within normal grading standards or industry tolerances
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
  • Opened sealed products of any kind
  • Price discrepancies after purchase

Resolution Options

If a claim is approved at our sole discretion, resolution may be offered as:

  • Store credit toward a future purchase, or
  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued at our discretion in exceptional cases.
